Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to our clients
  • Have a passion for marketing and knowledgeable handle all customer questions or comments confidently
  • Manage the workflow of advertising materials with design staff, sales representative and output team for all publications
  • Interact with clients, sales representatives and internal departments on print marketing campaigns, to ensure that artwork submissions are completed by deadlines and to the highest quality
  • Track and process orders and de-escalate customer complaints to increase customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties assigned
