Events Manager

Job Description

We are recruiting for an Events Manager to assist our organisation in executing events that enhance our organisation’s image, improve client loyalty, and enhance our brand-to-client experience. The event manager will be tasked with planning and managing our events’ calendar, negotiating quotes and agreements with suppliers and partnering companies, assisting with event marketing, monitoring timeframes and budgets, networking and delivering on event brief objectives. Creativity, organisation, problem solving and clear communication are skills you will require to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts with clients and team members
  • Handling budgeting and invoicing for clients
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
  • Handling logistics
  • Updating senior management
  • Developing event feedback surveys
  • Obtaining permits
  • Handling post-event reports
